Aging isn't for Sissy's. We live in a society where everyone is always judging. Whether it's how you live, to what you have, where you work, and how well you age. For most people the last one is what really matters. No one wants to be told they look old for their age. As a woman myself, anti-aging has always been on my list to prevent. I have been using anti-aging serums since I was a teen. Unfortunately, there are a lot of things we do that age our skin very quickly. Getting too much sun, not moisturizing your skin, not drinking enough water, not eating healthy, using toxic products on your skin, stressing a lot etc. The list goes on and on. Most of those things are easy to fix. Don't go out in the sun without sunscreen, use moisturizer daily, drink more water, eat healthier etc. The one thing that you don't hear much about is the right kind of natural oils and essential oils that help keep your skin healthy and from aging quickly. Of course, by using all natural products, seeing results takes longer than skincare products with chemicals. A lot of the chemicals in anti-aging products or skin firming products only work for short term and have a long-term damaging effect on the skin. Some of those chemicals are retinol (can cause dryness, sun sensitivity by absorbing more uv rays than normal, over time killing layers of skin), synthetic fragrances (can cause exacerbate conditions like eczema or rosacea), isopropyl (can strip the skin's natural oils leading to dehydration of skin and weakening of the skin's protective barrier), parabens (have been linked to hormone disruption, potentially increasing the risk of breast cancer and infertility), sodium lauryl sulfate (can strip the skins natural oils and compromising the skins barrier), oxybenzone (has been linked to hormone disruption and skin irritation), formaldehyde-releasing agents (can cause skin irritation, allergic reactions and respiratory issues in sensitive individuals) etc. There are so many chemicals used in our beauty products that really damage our skin in the long run. I am not saying to stop using all of your beauty products. I love makeup and don't ever see myself giving makeup up. What if I told you that there is an easy fix? Just add all natural oils mixed with pure natural essential oils to your beauty routine. It's easy to make yourself or you can buy them from companies that make natural skincare products. I have done a lot of research and created a list of essential oils and base oils that work the best for anti-aging.
